Handwoven Cashmere blankets, cushion covers and shawls made from the undercoat of the Himalayan mountain goat, “Capra Hircus” reared in high altitudes in the Himalayas. Cashmere is precious not only for its luxury, but its scarcity as well.  It can only be collected in the spring when the goats naturally shed their winter coats and each animal yields only 3-8 ounces per year.  No animal in harmed in the process of collection.
